ABOUT RAM NAVAMI Ram Navami is the most revered hindu festival in India. The festival celebrates the birth of Lord Rama, who is believed to be the incarnation of Lord Vishnu. This sacred day usually falls in the ShuklaPaksha on the Navami, the ninth day of the month of Chaitra in the Hindu Calender. In most parts of India places the festival lasts the whole nine days of the Navaratri, thus the period is called \'Sri Rama Navaratra\'. This year Ram Navami will be celebrated on 5th April.
