Strategic Overview of GridPP Storage Workshop - April 2010

The GridPP Storage Group aims to provide and support essential storage middleware for Grid-enabled storage across all GridPP sites. This document outlines the strategic view and goals of the group, highlighting key aspects such as Storage Element interfaces, GridFTP performance, and standards compliance. With only a year left in the GridPP3 project, the workshop will revisit configuration and deployment methodologies, examine procurement and monitoring strategies, and discuss future innovations in storage technologies. Your participation is vital for a productive session.
