  2. INTRODUCTION • COMMUNICATION • Communication is the art of transmitting information, ideas and attitudes from one person to another. Communication is the process of meaningful interaction among human being. • 7 barriers in communication is: • - perceptual, physical, emotional, cultural, language, gender, and interpersonal barriers. • PROBLEM STATEMENT • A lack of communication in activities especially in project team in achieving project success.

  3. RESEARCH OBJECTIVE • -To identify the impact of communication barriers in project team on the project success. • RESEARCH QUESTIONS • - How far communication affect in project.- What solutions are taken to make sure project successful.

  4. LITERATURE REVIEW COMMUNICATION Communication is a two way process in which there is an exchange and progress of ideas towards a mutually accepted direction goal. (Embed,2009) PROJECT TEAM Project teams are comprised of white-collar professionals who collaborate on an assigned or original project.(Kerzner,2009) COMMUNICATION BARRIERS Barriers of communication are the hindrances or difficulties involved in the process of communication which distort the message from understood by the receiver. (Sreenath S, 2009)

  5. METHODOLOGY • WHERE • - Pembinaan BLT Sdn. Bhd. Company (PBLT) • WHO • 60 manager team • 3 expert of project manager • HOW • - Survey questionnaire and interview

CONCLUSION • This study have been able to increased information about communication barriers. • Manager team and project manager will know about the impact of communication barriers in a project. • This study also to increase an information about important of communication. • So, communication is very important in the success of a project.
