  5. Current lifestyle • Internet Searchers • Move to…..get comfortable…..as little as possible • Shop and gather • Many calories in • Few calories out • Life Expectancy: 70 – 80 years • Cause of death: Overfeeding, inactivity, lifestyle disease

  6. When functional capacity is diminished…. • Movement overtaxes functional systems • Injury or death are possible outcomes • How do you know if capacity is diminished? • When functional capacity is improved…. • Health and longevity are likely • How do you know if capacity is improved?
