Reflections Observations • Open nature difficult to define the scope, product and direction • Useful exercise for multi-cultural and team work AND • Project itself helped us acclimatise! What worked well • Defined the scope and expectation early on • Limited time, only the design and content of the app and not finished product. • Punctualityand cooperation of all team members • Set reachable goals to be accomplished (for each team member at the end of each meeting) • Multi-cultural input was very handy
