Tentative Schedule Day 1 - 8:30 am to 6 pm 8:30-9:30am – Registration Process 9:30 – 10:00 am – Introductory 10:00-11:00 am - Keynote 1 11:00-11:15 am – Tea/Coffee Break 11:15-12:15 pm – Keynote 2 12:15-1:00 pm – Posters by students (VMCC foyer) * 1:00 – 2:00 pm – Lunch and continuation of poster session (VMCC Foyer) 2:00-3:45 pm – Parallel session on science and policy 3:45 – 4:00 pm – Tea/Coffee break 4:00-5:45 – Parallel session on themes on science and policy 5:45-6:00 – Closing note Note: * For details of student poster session log on to www.climate.iitb.ac.in. Day 2 - 9:30 am to 5:00 pm 9:30-11:15am - Parallel session on science and policy 11:15-11:30 – Tea/Coffee break 11:30 – 12:45 pm – Q/A session with student/scientist interaction (round table) 12:45-2:00 pm – Lunch 2:00 – 3:45 pm – Joint session on policy and science theme 3:45-4:30 pm – Final summary of the workshop by session chairs. 4:30-5:00 pm – High Tea
