Requirements • You will have to work in an international environment; • Your internship has to show a clear link with some of the main topics of our IBMS education; • The company should be Staffing a minimum of 50 employees; • You should have the ability to use English when working; • The company should have/appoint an Internship Supervisor; • You must be able to become acquainted with other departments of the organisation, for example, by participating, so that the structure will become clear; • During the internship period you must be able to work on your report on an average of about four hours a week.

  4. Finding a position • The student is responsible for finding a trainee post himself.

  5. activities • You should be introduced to a selected number departments within the company (to be decided by company); • You need to accompany a CEO, or managing director for a minimum of three days during the internship; • You need to write a Personal SWOT about your functioning within the company, and relate this to the Professional Development Competencies; • You need to give solid account on how you experience working in your company and the branch in which it operates. Also reflect on the fact that your choice of the IBMS study is still the right one for you; • You need to write an internship report containing elements which will be described later on in section: Internship Report; • You need to have your Internship Supervisor fill in an assessment / judgment / commentary sheet.

  6. Deliverables • A weekly report by email (submitted to EPBS Internship Supervisor, every Friday) with an account of experiences and activities of that week. • A by the Company supervisor completed Assessment sheet to be submitted with the EPBS Internship Supervisor • PD Competency scan • Final Internship Report
