  3. Clinique • Le + souvent homme > 50 ans • 3 stades cliniques: • dl aiguë ou subaiguë lors de la mobilité • arthrose constituée • ankylose, rigidité et indolence totale, douleurs de frottement

  6. Traitement • Médical: • palliatif car sans action sur l’évolution • Infiltrations • Kinésithérapie • Pédicure et podologie • Chirurgical: • Émondage de la tête • Valenti (arthrectomie à charnière) • Arthroplastie modelante,prothétique • Ostéotomies phalangiennes ou métatarsiennes • arthrodèse

  8. Indications • Stade 1: • Médical, si echec et excès de longueur  ostéotomie accourcissante • Stade 2 • Arthroplastie pour redonner de la mobilité  Keller, Valenti, prothèse • Stade 3 • Arthrodèse
