BOOK NOW About Us Taste the Barossa is a small family-owned company started by myself, Dallas Coull, and my wife, Nikki Coull. We met in 1997 while I was working in Greece and Nikki was on holiday from her home in Nottingham, England. We have three beautiful children, James (23), Georgia (21), and Tamsin (12). I have been involved in tourism in Australia for over 25 years, having previously founded Groovy Grape Getaways and am very proud to still see the Groovy buses travelling between Melbourne, Adelaide and Alice Springs today. After spending six years in the UK with Nikki, we made the move to Australia in 2009 and started Taste the Barossa. I have a love for the Barossa Valley after spending a great deal of my youth there, with one of my first jobs being on a bottling line in a Barossa Valley Winery. Over the last few years, we have assembled a fantastic little team that are as passionate about Adelaide and South Australia as I am. I know you will have one of the best Barossa Wine tours as you explore the stunning Adelaide wineries. CONTACT US

We couldn’t have wished for anything else from our Barossa Valley wine experience. Our host Dallas struck the perfect balance between being informative and witty. We visited some beautiful wineries, tasted great wines and lunch was delicious, with no problems catering for special dietary requirements. Would recommend this tour at the beginning of your SA holiday as Dallas has a thorough knowledge of the area and lots of great tips on !things to do. Great value for money. Highly recommended recommend it. The four wineries were great, the lunch extremely good, and the whole day was a very pleasurable experience. We liked all the wines too!
