  2. Who we are? TATA minicab is based in the Southall area which closes to Heathrow airport. We provide different cab services. Our company has been providing cab services since 1995. Our second office, which is known as Aircall Minicab is located in Hounslow.

  3. What types of services we provide? We provide services as listed below Airport transfer, Seaport transfer, Sightseeing tour, Journey within London, cab hire and drop off

  4. What areas do we cover? We cover all areas in London and areas nearby London. We provide our services for airport transfer, which close to London. We take pride in your ride The Taxi you seen Everywhere..

  5. Which airports do we cover? Airport Taxi and Transfers Heathrow airport, Luton airport, Gatwick airport, London city airport, Stansted airport and southend airport

  6. How can I pay? We have two options here to make payment. 1) You can pay online via PayPal 2) Alternatively, you can pay cash to the driver on arrival at destination.

  7. How early do I need to book? You just need to contact us when you are ready for a journey. Our maximum average time is 15 minutes to reach at your place. So you can call us or book a cab online. You just need to mention travelling time. (We prefer to a book cab before 15 to 20 minutes due to heavy traffic sometimes)

  8. Can I cancel my booking? If the journey is cancelled or you have changed your mind, you can cancel booking by phone. We don’t charge you for cancellation.

  9. Do we charge extra on Christmas or any bank holiday? We provide service 24*7 any time of the year include Christmas day, New Year’s Day or any bank holidays. Due to lack of public transport we do provide our cab services. (We prefer to book cabs in advance because of busy rushed)

  10. How do I know that my reservation is confirmed? Once the booking is done, the confirmation message will be send. Perhaps if you don’t get any message, you can call us same time and get confirmation about booking.

  11. Can I book my cab at late night? Yes, you can book a cab at any time. As we have service of 24*7. You can book a cab by phone or online anytime.

  12. Is TATA minicab licensed company? By UK Laws all Cab companies have to be licensed by the Public Carriage Office. We got our register license for our company. We are one of London’s largest PCO registers minicab solutions company.

  13. Which type of cars we have? We have estate car, saloon car, MPV and Mercedes Vito car available according to your requirements. We also provide baby seats upon request.
