  4. Media Strategy • Recap of where we were and when • List of publications and number of insertions • Include web properties/pages, social media and eNewsletter

  5. Creative • Examples of creative: • Posters • Print (not all centers are necessary but nice to show a few) • Anything else that represents the campaign well

The Results • Results from MBO • Review what/how we want to summarize/pull these so we’re all working with the same parameters (obviously based on objectives but b/c of MBO this is a good convo to have • Whenever possible, we want to show overall as well as by center and online! • ROI Calculated: Profit – Investment / Investment

  8. Key Learning This can include: Did this work? What was guest feedback? What was guest services feedback? Etc… Did the media work, should we do more/less next time. Did the timing for this promo work (i.e. Friday’s are our slowest days so should promos launch on wknds so they’re up and ready for Monday, our busiest day….etc)
