  2. 10 WAYS TO GET PAID The GREEN Compensation Plan offers a powerful income producing opportunity for our Representatives who share our passion for real estate and seek to make a residual income selling our products to others. We believe in the old adage, “You need seven sources of income.” Here at GREEN, we give you “10.”

Founder’s Club (Original Groundhogs) • Retailer Bonus (RB) • Break Even Bonus • Binary Team Commission (BTC) • Matching Bonus (MB) • Weekly Bonus Pool (WBP) • Annual Producer Bonus Pool (APBP) • Loyalty Bonus Pool (LBP) • Contest & Promotions (C&P) • Boss Hog’s Scholarship (BHS) 10 point pay plan

  4. 1. Founders Club – It Pays to Get in Early! Representatives who join GREEN in the first 90 days will receive an additional share of the Weekly Bonus Pools and Annual Bonus Pools.

Retailer Bonus – Residual Income from Customer Sales Representatives who enroll Preferred Customers (PC) will receive a monthly recurring residual of 5% to 30% of CV for active enrollees, dependent upon the number of weekly sales. Mark’s notes: This is, if you enroll a PC and they buy products (hats, shirts, IT tools, etc.) You will get a commission. Presently, we have no retail sales to sell.

  6. 3. Break-even bonusBring in THREE and it’s FREE! The first three “full priced persons” you personally sponsor pays $33.33 for the first 3 months of your enrollment. Then it reverts to the normal 15% of CV, or $13.50

  7. 4. Binary Team Commissions A GREEN Representative has a left leg and right leg that we refer to as a “Binary Team”. Each new *full priced enrollee adds 90 CV monthly to your Binary Team. You earn15% residual income on Commissionable Volume (CV) on the lesser of your two binary legs. There are no minimums - you begin receiving weekly residual income immediately on the lesser of your two legs, regardless of who enrolls the people in your downline. • NOTE: We say full-priced because we are working on a new product – • 50% discount for students and Vets. These will be 15% of 45 CV each.

  8. CV – Commissionable Valve. Your commission on a sale. In this case the $99.97/mo. (The Rep fee is not commissionable) The (CV) value of the $99.97 sale is 90 points. 15% of 90 points = $13.50. So every person in your weaker leg (*until the leg max’s out) pays you $13.50 / mo. No matter who puts them in. (About $5000 a week) * I’ll explain what happens when that leg max’s out later. OK, Let’s stop and explain CV…

  9. 5. Matching Bonus – Hit Homeruns by Enrolling New Leaders! You will receive a Matching Bonus for anyone you personally enroll up to 4 levels deep. The Matching Bonus is a percentage of Binary Team Commission of the person you enroll. This is a powerful incentive to train others to succeed and gain residual income from the strong leg in your Binary Team.

  10. These three: The Break-even, The Binary Team, and this Matching Bonus are your initial most important pieces of the pay plan. This is the most difficult to understand but the most lucrative of all. It does not look like the binary matrix nor does it act like it, but you will, as a result of your volume, get 10,20, up to 40% of all your personally sponsored members for 4 levels deep. They don’t pay you, we do. I’ll explain… Mark’s notes:

  11. To hit a bonus you need 10000 QV/week. (43k/mo.) Wow, yes, another term. • QV is Qualified value – did you sponsor or someone else. • You sponsor 2000 points • They sponsor 1500 points • The next sponsor 1200 pts. • The next sponsor 800 pts. • Then 6,5,4,3,2,100 • You do the math. E.g. If you sponsor 5, you qualify, or any combination. Generation 1 Generation 2 Generation 3 Generation 4

  12. 6. Weekly Bonus Pools - Everyone Wins with Company Growth! 5% of all Commissionable Volume will be placed in a Weekly Bonus Pool and divided according to rank. Basically, this means that with GREEN, you can earn income with every new person that joins the company when you achieve rank status, regardless of whether or not they are in your downline.

  13. 7. Annual Bonus Pools – Big Money for Top Producers! The top three producers of New Volume (NV) for the company will share a 2% pool of Commissionable Volume (CV) of the entire company for the year.

  14. 8. Loyalty Bonus – Stick with GREEN and Make Even More! Representatives who maintain an active status with the company and enroll at least one new affiliate per month will receive an accruing percentage of their total income as a bonus for consistent productivity. MEMBERSHIPS MAY BE OFANY LEVEL AND LOYALTY BONUS RECIPIENT CAN BE ANY RANK.

  15. 9. Reentry Positions – Unlimited Income Potential! $$$ Here is where it gets cool ! Once your received the maximum $5000 per week in Binary Team Commissions, you will receive a new business center above your current business center. You become the sponsor of this new business center and receive Matching Bonuses on its binary income. Then you can build another leg while still keeping you other downline earnings.
