  3. Careers • Real Estate Agent- Sells property, must get along with people • Architect- Plans and designs buildings. Plans for buildings are called blueprints • Interior Designer- Helps customers choose colors, fabrics, and furniture in retail fabric and furniture stores. Helpful to understand blueprints

  6. Maintenance • Professionals are needed when safety is a concern in the home. • Corrective maintenance is needed when something needs replacing • Preventive maintenance is something the home owner can do to avoid wear and tear and future expensive cost

  8. Storage/Organization • Makes life easier and accessible • Should not be over or under crowded • Color coding can help with organization
