  2. Samuel: Successes • SAE 1st quarter 1,821M – rate 7,284M (‘11 – 5,563M) ‘12 Target 6.3M • Laval TL Canadian Standards 1st quarter 202M rate 408M (‘11 – 263M) • HAE Truck Load Program Launched • Training Conducted at Majority of Branches + Corporate Procurement

Samuel: Challenges • HAE TL Program Way Off Track with 1st quarter 138M - rate 552M (’11 - 1,035M) • Samuel 100% Kaiser and therefore no foreign or Massena to blend down cost • Massena selling Yarde & Hadco at lower than Kaiser to Samuel prices • They claim to be faced with single digit margins to compete

Thyssen Canada has the Ultra Form with SAPA (6262) • Continue SAE Progress with Langley, BC & Laval, Quebec

Samuel: Challanges • FRP Contract (2x/7x/6x) Plate – Not Tracking • 2/7x Plate 1st quarter 1,859M – (booked 3,042M 4/1-8/31) (‘11 – 9,867M) – 8.5M Target • shipped + booked = 4,901M (3,599M to book & ship in ‘12) • 6061 Plate 1st quarter 1,701M – (booked 1,942M 4/1-8/31) (‘11 – 6,026M) – 9MM Target • Shipped + booked = 3,643M (5,357M to book & ship in ‘12)
