  2. Why I work with young people I have a gift in connecting with young people. I want to help them overcome any obstacle or belief that holds them back from having a happy and successful life. Young people need someone who believes in them unconditionally and will give them words of encouragement and the love they need to grow up to be who they are meant to be.

  4. Words I try to live by Happiness is a choice not a circumstance. Everything happens for my highest good. I am enough! I am the coolest person in the world! Loveable, Capable, Able and Willing!

  6. My top 3 goals for this year 1. To read 10 pages a night of self – improvement or professional development books. • Continue to exercise 5 days a week, eat fish, veggies, fruits and take vitamins and protein supplements for optimum health every day. 3. Create life changing speeches and training materials for students, teachers and parents.

  8. Three things I want todo differently this year 1. Follow up with all clients throughout the year and create relationships that last beyond the one day I speak for them. 2. Create new relationships and avenues to serve more students, teachers and parents. 3. Have FUN!!! Enjoy what I get to do! 

Show Students… • Your policies and procedures, how to know when you need their attention, take notes, turn in homework, read a chapter, do homework – See Harry Wong – First days of school • How to say thank you, how write a thank you letter, how to apply for a job, how to shake someone’s hand and give good eye contact, how to apply for college and for scholarships, how to treat you and others

  19. Establish an Identity • How do you want to be thought of and remembered? (I am the You’re AWESOME Guy!) • Create a classroom culture, hallway presence, class name, a class cheer, and show some school pride! • Be a “Star on Campus!” Make your students Stars in your Class – assign roles and duties to each student and get them on your team!

  21. Do things Differently!! • Have a sense of humor – learning should be a blast!!! • Teach with Flair! Pull out all the stops and risk looking goofy to take it to the next level. • Rewards ALWAYS WORK!! Stickers and water bottles have changed my life!
