  6. Open Access Draft Policy • We are seeking your feedback and questions on: • Researchers’ questions and concerns about complying with an open access mandate • Options for achieving open access to publications (deposit into repositories, and publishing in open access journals)

Capitalizing on Big Data • We are especially interested in the following: • Are you in favour of making data management plans mandatory for all applications submitted to the Tri-Agency/CFI? • What obstacles/challenges will the agencies and other stakeholders face in this undertaking? • What issues/concerns may be associated with making openly available the data produced through research financed by the funding agencies (including to the public and the private sector)?
