  2. invites: After School Activities Programme After School Activities Programme • OVERVIEW: • We organise community sporting and arts events for teenagers. Young people from different communities/schools have the chance to interact and compete at appropriate levels. We cover the greater Glasgow area. We group teams by their ability level so that participants has an equal likelihood of success. The teams train twice weekly for about 5 weeks with friendly competitions during this time • The menu of activities for the next few months will work on both sporting and artistic projects. The sports will include:- • Softball • Tennis • Athletics • The overall funding for the Clan activities has been secured by an Award for All Lottery Bid for 2010/11. We are seeking 3-5 groups (schools, youth clubs, church, etc) to participate in a series of friendly activities together. We aspire to create a self sustaining model by having inviting spectators to view the finals and give donations. Should there be a 6th group, we will create two clans each containing three groups.
