This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to find and access Shared Queries in the EMIS data warehouse via the Knox County Schools (KCS) website. After logging into the KCS intranet, use your credentials to access EMIS. Note that this log-in is restricted to trained users. Once inside, navigate to Analyzer Web where you can view your Query Favorites. To access Shared Queries, simply click on the circle next to the Shared Queries option. How to find Shared Queries in EMIS • Navigate to EMIS data warehouse from the knoxcountyschools.org website. • You will be asked to log in to the intranet. 1 2 Page 1 of 3
You have just logged into the KCS intranet, now log in to EMIS. (Should be the same username and password for both.) • This log-in is only for trained users. It will take you to a different entry point than EMIS Homeroom, which does not require training to use. 3 4 Page 2 of 3
