  2. 基本 (主要) 交易條件：品質、數量、包裝、保 險、 價格、交貨、付款 一般 (次要) 交易條件：檢驗 (Inspection)、索賠 (Claims)、不可抗力 (Force Majeure)、仲裁 (Arbitration)、匯率變動 (Exchange Rate Risk)、準據法 (Proper Law) 一般條件為基本條件的補充，因此基本條件效力優於一般條件

  3. Shipped Quality Terms (裝運品質條件) Landed Quality Terms (起岸品質條件) 出廠品質、買方倉庫品質 約定品質方法：樣品(Sample)、說明書/型錄(Specification/Catalogue)、品牌/商標(Brand/Mark)、 規格(Type)：CNS, CE (歐洲共同體), UL （Underwriter Laboratories Inc.） 標準品(Standard)：FAQ (Fair Average Quality), GMQ (good merchantable quality)

  4. 順匯 順匯的方式 (如何匯款) 電匯(Telegraphic Transfer,T/T)：用電報、電傳通知外匯買賣雙方開戶銀行（或委托行）將交易金額收付記帳 票匯(Demand DRAFT,D/D)：通過開立匯票、本票、支票的方式進行匯付和收帳 信匯(Mail Transfer)：用信函方式通知外匯買賣雙方開戶行或委托行將交易金額收付記帳 支票(Check) 郵政匯票(Money Order, M/O)

  7. 包裝種類 散裝貨物(Bulk Cargo)：礦砂、穀物、大宗貨物 裸裝貨物(Nude Cargo)：車輛、鋼鐵 包裝貨物(Packed Cargo)：
