Review of the agreements of the last teleconference • ALL will ask to Marco D’Orazi (CGE) and Giovanni Rocca (RLIG) for the pending matching tables (not received yet). • CGE matching table not received yet • RLIG received on November 11th • The group agreed on the following TOC for D3.2-4 template and responsibles for each chapter. • SDZ will send her particular comments on D3.2-4 template and example on October 31st. ALL and JES will take them into account. • Comments received on October 30th and document sent back to Stefania on November 5th • ALL and JES will finalise as soon as possible the D3.2-4 example, based on the agreed template (Resolution 2). • D3.4 draft document (which is used as D3.2-4 example) finished on November 7th. The list of questions to data providers is included as an appendix.Document sent to Stefania and TWG-DM HY leader onNovember 7th. Document sent to TWG-DM TN members on November 10th. Review of the agreements of the last teleconference • Members of the group will send their comments on D3.2-4 to ALL and will put them in the ftp address of the Transport Networks group as well. • Deadline: November 19th • JES will draft a list of example questions for the data providers in order to clarify them the type of comments they must deliver regarding the matching between their GIS4EU datasets and the INSPIRE Model. Deadline to draft this document is 3rd November. • The list is included as an appendix in D3.4 (10.3 Guidelines to provide comments about the matching) • Other members of the group are welcomed to collaborate on the previous list of example questions for data providers. Review of the agreements of the last teleconference • ALL and JES will send instructions to data providers to help them derive relevant comments about the matching between GIS4EU datasets and the INSPIRE Model. Specifically, they will send the final and agreed list of example questions for data providers, mentioned previously (Resolutions 6 and 7). At the same time, ALL will fix a deadline to receive these comments. Note they are necessary for the critical analysis included in the D3.4 TOC and will be taken into account for the D3.4 final conclusions as well. • Ask to data providers to provide the comments about the matching: before this telco • Deadline to receive the comments: the day before next telco November 19th • The next TWG-DM TN teleconference will be held on 12 November, 11 CET.
