An iced brew is perfect for those looking for a healthy, cold, energizing energy boost as summer approaches. A classic combination that works great in desserts, relish, and even savoury dishes is cranberries and oranges. Some health benefits of Orange Cranberry iced tea: 1.   2. Step 1: Use a tiny, sharp knife to cut away the white pith from the orange's rind after using a vegetable peeler to remove the rind's skin. Step 2: Pour the water over them, then add several cinnamon sticks and anise. Remove the cap, add the Tea Valley leaves, and heat the mixture until it boils before turning off the burner. Allow infusing for 20 minutes. Step 3: Remove the tea bags, rind them, and discard them. Then mix the sugar and cranberry juice in the jug. Step 4: Distribute the little bits of orange flesh between the two ice cube trays. Over the trays, pour the tea mixture. Freeze it overnight. The remainder of the tea mixture must be refrigerated after being wrapped in plastic and chilled. Step 5: Pour the tea mixture over the ice cubes in a serving jug, then serve.
