  2. Here are the steps of reboot Your Spectrum Receiver (Cable Box): Make sure: • Your cables are connected securely. • The coax cable is connected to the cable outlet at the wall. • The HDMI cable is attached to the HDMI connection on the TV (if relevant).

The power light won't shut off, but will be unclear. • Turn your receiver on. • You'll see one among the following words on your screen: “Recovering Channel Info,” “Please Wait While We Set Things Up for You,” or "Limited Mode." • Startup will take a few moments. When it's done, you'll see an image on your TV screen. • If you are unable to see an image on your TV, you can refresh your receiver online or via My Spectrum App.
