This study presents Electrospray Ionization Mass Spectrometry (ESI-MS) data for the interaction of the 39Bcl-2 and KRAS quadruplexes with TMPyP4 at various molar ratios. Specifically, ESI-MS spectra are shown for both quadruplexes interacting with TMPyP4 in 1:1, 1:2, 1:3, and 1:4 ratios for the Bcl-2 sequence, and 1:1 and 1:2 ratios for the KRAS sequence. This analysis provides insights into the binding dynamics and stoichiometry of TMPyP4 with these important gene regulatory structures, contributing to the understanding of targeted therapies in cancer.
