The Chiron Mentorship Project, presented at the 39th Biennial Conference in Baltimore, MD in June 2007, focused on enhancing leadership development within nursing. This initiative encompassed four core areas, emphasizing mentorship roles to foster growth and understanding in the nursing community. Through a structured study design, we analyzed the impacts of these leadership roles on participants' professional development. The results underscore the significance of mentorship in cultivating future nursing leaders and highlight collaborative efforts for global health advancement.
