  5. Teaching –Learning Networks Informal Networks have been a means of relating in the workplace. Effective educators build networks. Networks allow reciprocal influencing. Networks help us find new ways to think and talk and make meaning about our linked work. Developing explicit shared practices within a school and across schools are outcomes of this work
