The Law on Transit and Import of Waste on the Territory of Georgia • Bans transit and import of hazardous, industrial, municipal, or other types of wastes including non-hazardous and non-radioactive wastes defined in Annex IV, Group A of Basel Convention, and those, which are not defined with this law, on the territory of Georgia • Allows import of non-hazardous and non-radioactive wastes defined in Annex IV, Group B of Basel Convention.
