  4. Some of the things learned this Six Weeks l       Start Word l       Describe the Word window l       Zoom page width l       Change the default font size of all text l       Enter text into a document l       Check spelling as you type l       Scroll through a document

  5. Things Learned continued l       Save a document l       Select text l       Change the font of selected text l       Change the font size of selected text l       Bold selected text l       Right-align a paragraph l       Center a paragraph    

  6. Things Learned continued Cut and paste Copy and past Search and replace Insert clip art and resize Resume Cover Letter References

  7. Keyboarding The students are learning the touch method of keyboarding. Learning the home row keys and keeping eyes on copy. This six weeks the students have learned the reach technique of all the alphabet keys and we are now learning the number keys. Soon, we will start to learn to format documents, prepare letters and other documents. The goal is to be able to key 25 wpm or more by the end of the semester.
