This eTraining course is designed for library staff, including 35 classified members and over 50 student employees across five service sites. In a 24/7 environment, the course addresses challenges such as high turnover, inconsistent information, and the need for ubiquitous access to training. With over 30 interactive modules using rapid eLearning software and a Course Management System utilized since 2005, this training aims to enhance skills, support reference and circulation tasks, and improve collaboration among team members.
