  3. ARAUAK • Esku batekin jaurti behar da, kokotean apoilaturik dagoela. • Ezin da pixua kokotetik banandu jaurtiketa egiten hasi arte. • Atleta bakoitzak 3 saiakera ditu, ondoren 8 marka onenak egin dutenak beraien artean lehiatzen dira (beste 3 saiakera).
