Fact Sheet • Company Overview. “Biodegradable by Nature, Green by Choice” • Perf Go Green Holdings, Inc. is engaged in the creation and global marketing of 100% eco-friendly, non-toxic, food-contact-compliant biodegradable plastic products. All Perf Go Green products are produced using recycled plastics and completely break down in landfill, leaving no toxic or visible residue in 12 - 24 months, as compared to other plastics that take hundreds of years. • Founded in 2007, Perf Go Green premiered at the March 2008 International Home and Housewares Show, where its products received an honor for their design quality and innovation. The company began trading on the OTCBB in May 2008. • How Perf Go Green Works • Perf Go Green uses a proprietary oxo-biodegradable application method to produce the film for its bags. When discarded in soil in the presence of microorganisms, moisture and oxygen, Perf Go Green’s products decompose into simple materials found in nature. Through this process as well as the use of recycled plastics, the company effectively removes plastic waste from the environment. • Products and Stores • Perf Go Green is shipping seven prominent biodegradable plastic products categories in 2008. Its Tall Kitchen Trash Bags and Lawn & Leaf Bags are already available through Amazon.com and drugstore.com, and will be available nationwide in chain stores, including Walgreens, beginning in mid-September. Commercial trash bags and plastic drop cloths are also being shipped.
