  2. What are Illusions? • Images brain processes that are not real • Causes what are brains process to be different than what people see • Can occur in many different forms

  3. How are they a human limit? • Since the brain can not distinguish the actual image, the brain cannot be trusted • Brain cannot be trusted • It causes an error in how people perceive the world • Need tools and instruments to over come the error

  4. The Exhibit- Overview • Consist of a circle split into 6 sections • 3 sections for the three main illusions • 3 sections for extra information • Applications • Other types and examples of illusions • Information of the eye and science behind it • Centre will have electronics necessary for main illusions • Approximately 154 m2 • 7m radius

The Exhibit- Main Illusions • Consist of mainly three optical illusions of increasing difficulty • 2 Depth illusion • Level 1 and 2 • 1 colour illusions • Level 3 • Foam cannon, fixed axis • Slanted floor • Computers to monitor statistics • Each section will be mostly enclosed will be slightly closed off • Uses a Casio XJ-A250, a Canon REALiS SX80 MARK II, or a Optoma HD33
