  3. What do they talk about? • How many British people have insomnia? • How were sleeping habits different 100 years ago? • Who needs the least amount of sleep? • What do your brains do when we’re asleep? • What is a siesta salon?

  4. What do you do when you can’t get to sleep? • I count sheep. • I read a book. • I watch TV. • I drink a glass of hot milk.

  5. Role Plays • You are studying for exams every night. You are so nervous you can’t sleep. Ask your friends for advice. • You are a sleep walker. You walk up and down the hallway all night. You even eat at night! Ask your friends what you should do. • You are a really heavy sleeper. You sleep through your alarm every morning and you don’t know how to get up to go to school on time. Ask your friends for advice on what to do. • You doze off in class when the teacher is teaching. You are failing all your subjects. Ask for advice.

  6. Role Plays • You talk in your sleep and sometimes you talk about your family! What can you do? • You snore all the time when you sleep. Your family is tired of hearing you at night. Ask for advice. • You have nightmares every night. You don’t know why. Ask for help.
