Designed with the look of a traditional fluorescent fixture, the LED Recessed Troffer offers a classic recessed housing with LED strips that resemble fluorescent tubes, but operates with the energy saving benefits of LED technology.   14. ECO-T Q&A ECO - T 2x2 & 2x4 Q - Will the ECO-T work on any 0-10 dimmer or does it need to be a Lutron model? Does the ECO-T dim all way down to 0% or just to 10-20%? A – Yes, it will work with any 0-10 ballast dimmer. With a Leviton dimmer, a single panel will dim all the way to off. Lutron requires the relay in their PP-20 to dim to off (without, it will dim to 10%) ---- Q - Can you use the Flat Panel MLFPIRK (Infrared Remote Control Kit) in conjunction with the ECO-T 2x2 and 2x4? A – Yes, our IR dimmer kit (MLFPIRK) and all our ECO-T panels will work together. However, a wall switch is necessary in order to turn the system off. ---- Q - Can I still daisy chain 20 ECO-T's together with 2-wire door bell wire (20-18 AWG)? A - Yes, use only the violet and grey wires to daisy chain. ---- Q - Explain the usage of the MLFPIRK on the new panels and ECO-T, How many can be daisy chained together? A – You can daisy chain up to 20 ECO-T panels. The Edge Lit Flat Panel will allow you to daisy chain 20 panels.

  15. ECO-T Q&A ECO - T 2x2 & 2x4 Q - When you refer to the IR control, you’re talking about the handheld device? A - I’m referring to the MLFPIRK option. This option includes the handheld controller, senor cable, and circuit board. Q - So if you use the IR control, they cannot turn off either unit? Do you still need a switch? A - The circuit design on our ECO-T does not include an internal cutoff to de-energize the panel. Because of this, full shut off needs to happen at the wall switch. (If using with MLFPIRK.) Q - So if you’re dimming more than one, the master ECO-T is the only panel that requires the MLFPIRK IR control? It will be able to dim all the others, up to 20 fixtures? A - Correct. Once you install the IR kit to the master, the satellite panels will dim. You will need to daisy chain the panels using 20/18GA control wire. ---- Q - What is "Simple Dimming"? A - Simple dimming is a term used to describe a 0-10v dimming system that does not require an additional power pack/relay to shut off the fixture completely. Because of this, only a 0-10v wall control dimmer is needed (no power pack.) This is achieved through a driver design that has 0-10v settings with a dimming range of 10%-100%. When a voltage below 10% is detected, the driver circuit shuts off the power completely. This avoids having a wall control component to perform the shut off function.
