  1. Report to ILDG 16 04 March 2011 USQCD regional grid

ILDG-16 USQCD • Fermilab repository contains about 42,000 configurations in ILDG format (MILC asqtad and HISQ, LHPC Nf=2 anisotropic clover and RBC-UKQCD DW). • Configurations accessible to members of the “ILDG” VO (read only) and the “LQCD” VO (read/write). • Most consumers of the US lattices do not use the ILDG infrastructure. • US members of ILDG VO: 11, LQCD VO: 4 US Grid Usage

  3. ILDG-16 USQCD • Steady-state operations, no development • ILDG Metadata and file catalogs located at Jlab (B. ILDG-16 USQCD US Funding and Staffing • Total direct US funding level for ILDG activities continues to be $0 • ILDG activities in US funded indirectly out of USQCD or lab budgets • Effort depends upon very small number of volunteers • SciDAC proposals do not mention ILDG and the program only funds software development • ILDG format derivative of SciDAC format
