  2. DEFINITION OF TECHINICALLY DEFECTIVE BLACKBERRY ACCESSORY AN ACCESSORY IS SAID TO BE TECHNICALLY DEFECTIVE ONLY IF IT IS NOT FUNCTIONING/WORKING AND PHYSICALLY NOT DAMAGED.

GUIDELINES • CHECK FOR THE ORIGINAL INVOICE FOR VALIDITY OF WARRANTY • CHECK THE ACCESSORY RETURNED BY THE CUSTOMER FOR ANY PHYSICAL DAMAGE (THIS NEEDS TO BE DONE ACCURATELY) • IN CASE OF A HEADSET FOUND DEFECTIVE, FOLLOW THE BELOW STEPS • TEST THE HEADSET WITH 2-3 COMPATIBLE PHONES • IF FOUND WORKING THEN THERE SHOULD NOT BE ANY EXCHANGE • IF FOUND NOT WORKING, THEN REPLACE THE SAME WITH A NEW HEADSET FOLLOWING THE ACCESSORY EXCHANGE POLICY • DEFECTIVE HEADSETS RECEIVED FROM THE CUSTOMER NEED TO BE SENT TO THE WAREHOUSE WITHIN 3 DAYS ALONG WITH BELOW: • DPRF FORM DULY FILLED WITH STAFF NAME & SIGNATURE • TEAM LEADER OR MANAGER INCHARGE INITIAL MUST BE APPLIED ON DPRF • PUT THE DEFECTIVE ACCESSORY + DPRF FORM WITH INVOICE IN THE PLASTIC SEALABLE BAGS PROVIDED TO THE STORES FROM THE WAREHOUSE (AS SHOWN IN THE IMAGE BELOW)

PLASTIC WRAP CLEARLY MENTION THE DETAILS WITHOUT FAIL IN EACH AND EVERY DPRF FORM AS PER FORMAT & INVOICE SHOULD BE ATTACHED AS SHOWN BELOW BACKSIDE OF THE PLASTIC WRAP SHOULD BE USED TO PUT THE DEFECTIVE ACCESSORY AS SHOWN IN THE IMAGE, DON’T MAKE THE PLASTIC BULKIER BY FOLDING THE WIRE MULTIPLE TIMES

DO NOT ACCEPT ANY PHYSICALLY DAMAGED ACCESSORY • BROKEN / CUT WIRE • BROKEN ACCESSORY LIKE, BROKEN HEADSET, CRACKED CAR CHARGER…ETC • IN HEADSETS, SPONGE / RUBBER EAR PIECE SHOULD NOT BE MISSING • ANY OTHER PHYSICAL ABUSE / DAMAGE TO THE ACCESSORY * NOTE: AFTER EVERY SALE OF ACCESSORY, KINDLY CHECK THOROUGHLY FOR ANY PHYSICAL DAMAGE & IF THE ACCESSORY IS IN WORKING CONDITION IN ORDER TO AVOID ABOVE MENTIONED SITUATIONS

  6. PHYSICAL DAMAGED HEADSET GOOD HEADSET Headset Coating Peeled off (Damaged) Missing rubber ear piece or silicone ear piece

PENALTY IN CASE ANY STORE SENDS ACCESSORIES WHICH ARE: • NON-DEFECTIVE (WORKING UNIT) • PHYSICALLY DAMAGED STORES WHO HAVE WRONG INSPECTION & NOT FOLLOWING THE GUIDELINES AS IN PREVIOUS SLIDES WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO BE CHARGED ON RETAIL PRICE OF THE HEADSET. * NOTE- A THOROUGH INSPECTION WILL BE CARRIED OUT AT THE WAREHOUSE FOR ALL DEFECTIVE RETURNS
