  2. 2 3 1 National News ▶Reading ComprehensionⅠ Peanut Buses Grace Seoul Large peanut buses have hit the roads of Mount Namsan in Seoul! The city government recently started operating five of the new electric buses designed to look like peanuts. They run around the N Seoul Tower, previously known as Namsan Seoul Tower and other areas nearby. As well as resembling peanuts, they are also covered with nice pictures of Mount Namsan and the Han River. The buses are good for the environment because they run on electricity and cause no pollution. They were first introduced during the G20 Seoul Summit held Nov. 11-12. The buses are 11.05 m long. They can reach a maximum speed of 100 km. When fully charged, they can travel up to 83 km. It only takes 30 minutes to recharge the bus battery. The buses are also much quieter than buses with diesel engines. Seoul City is planning to make Mount Namsan a “Green Car Only Zone” and run more eco- friendly electric buses in the future. ☞ Choose the best answer based on the article.
