  2. Niña 14 años de edad • Remitida a nuestro centro para tratamiento

  3. INMUNOHISTOQUIMIA: S-100 + HMB45 - desmina, actina y miosina - CK 7 - CD99 -

  4. DX: METÁSTASIS GANGLIONAR DE UN SCHWANOMA MALIGNO.

  5. Metástasis ganglionares inguinales y poplíteas. ECO metástasis poplíteas

  6. ¿?

  7. Ausencia de neurofibromatosis, ausencia de relación con un tronco nervioso, ausencia de neurofibroma • patrón centrífugo de las metástasis • posibilidad de que la lesión pélvica fuera una metástasis más que el primitivo.

  8. Lesión pediculada, no pigmentada, en pie del mismo lado.

  9. Sarcoma de células claras de pie • edad • localización • histológicamente indistinguible del schwanoma maligno • macroscópicamente puede parecer benigno • metástasis ganglionares

  10. Histología: • presencia de melanina (50%) • HMB 45 postitio (75%)

  11. Citogenética de tumores • Estudio de alteraciones cromosómicas en la metafase de la célula neoplásica obtenida tras cultivo celular • cultivo de células tumorales en fresco • detener mitosis con colchicina • digestión con tripsina y tinción con giemsa bandeado cromosómico
