  4. Healthy Life Fitness Center • Healthy Life Fitness Center is the name of the company that runs the gym inside of Cigna. • 24 hour access for employees • $37 a month for employees • Has exercise classes • Does seminars around the world to promote healthy eating

  5. Why is HealthFitness important? • Gives you the energy and strength to feel as good as possible • A brisk ½ hour walk can help you reach a good level of fitness • Improving health of employees • Handle stress better • Sleep better • Keep mind sharp
