  1. The Muppets present:“HOW TO ROLL A JOINT” withKermit the Frog !

  2. Hi! I'm Kermit the Frog! Today’s lesson kids, is How to Roll a Joint. This is brought to you by the letter "J" and the number "420“ (this should get me my job back on Sesame Street!)....

  3. First, grab your rolling papers (rizla is recommended), take one out, and fold it like so….

  4. Take your buds of er…. “herb” and break them up a bit for easy smoking (helps prevent those little “surprises”). Ok, lets break them up now….

  5. Oh shit! As you can see kids, you have to be careful not to drop the precious herb all over the place! Anyways, they’re ready to go into our paper now….

  6. Place it evenly on the paper like so. Take a minute to smell that sweet herb…. Oh yeah!! Then lick the side of the paper and prepare to roll a big fat mother of a joint!!

  7. If you do it right, then it should come out in a nice cylinder, just like this... Notice, that I’ve also put a nice little filter on the bottom so my little frog lips don't get burned. Ok, lets take a look at it. Fuck, I rolled a good one! Let me just pose for a second…. Ok, now lets smoke!

  8. Tie off the end just like so and then get ready to light her up!

  9. Look at that beautiful mother of a joint! Ahh, your parents will be proud kids!

  10. Oh shit!! Be careful when firing that baby up kids! I recommend a butane lighter (Zippos work just fine) or your favourite Bic (On sale for 50p at your local newsagents)….

  11. Sit back *cough* *cough* and enjoy the moment....

  12. I like to sit back, relax and chill when smoking….

  13. Wow! That was a sweet mother of a joint! I feel like lying down……. It’s all good kids…. It’s all good….

  14. Oh sweet mother of god that’s a great smell. Ok kids, I think you get the picture. Rush along now and try to roll your own joint. Kermit is outta here…. I need to chill…..
