  10. MANAGEMENT TEAM • KAPIL MUDGAL – Director Kapil has over six years of management experience in retail financial services. He has handled functions like product management, credit, collections & legal over these six years with organizations like Citicorp Credit Services India (P) Ltd and GE- Countrywide Consumer Financial Services. In his last corporate stint, he was the Product Manager for the Two Wheeler business of GE-Countrywide and prior to that he was heading collections for Delhi & NCR for all retail finance products. He was also a team member of the CEO’s quality project and successfully completed his Six Sigma Certification in August 2004. His entrepreneurship spirit made him take the plunge into domestic outsourcing industry. He started ‘SIGMA’ as a proprietorship firm in Feb 05 & with continued growth, incorporated the firm as a pvt ltd organization and has all top notch clients as business partners. We are doing good.

  11. MANAGEMENT TEAM • VIVEK MANCHANDA – Director Vivekhas over nine years of management experience in retail financial & inventory funding services. He has handled functions like Marketing, Sales, Credit & Collections, with esteemed organizations like Transamerica, GE Money & Cholamandlam DBS. In his last corporate stint, he was the Regional Collections Manager for all retails products of Chola DBS & was acknowledged with MD Nakshatra Award for his exemplary team performance. Prior to Cholastint, he served GE Money as a Regional Collections Manager & was among the few selected members of Collections TOPGUN Academy of GE Money. His entrepreneurship spirit made him join SIGMA, wherein he holds a Director position. We are doing good.

  12. MANAGEMENT TEAM • NITIN MUDGAL – Director Nitinhas over five years of Field experience in Credit & Collections wherein he has handled various products. He has been successful in installing operations across Western U.P for SIGMA & setting up team & offices for increased foot print in the region. He has excellent control over the region in terms of Field Operations & has extensively travelled all the zones to understand the dynamics of operations and client management. He is a Post Graduate in Commerce & his entrepreneurship spirit made him join SIGMA in Feb 2005 , wherein he holds a Director position . We are doing good.

MANAGEMENT TEAM • TARUN MUDGAL – HR Advisor & Consultant Tarunhas rich sales & human resource management experience with a FMCG company named Martin & Harris Laboratories (An Apeejay group company) .He was instrumental in establishing a business development network in Western U.P. Holds valuable experience in HR & organizational development, employee recruitment-both sourcing & outsourcing , pre-training need analysis & evaluation, policies & procedures, employee appraisal and legal aspects. He has done his Masters in Management with specialization in Marketing & HRD. He also possess specialized : Masters in Human Resource Development. Diploma in Training & Development from Indian Society for Training Development (ISTD, New Delhi). Diploma in Labour Laws from Indian Law Institute (ILI, New Delhi). We are doing good.

MANAGEMENT TEAM • ARUN DAHIYA– Head – New Business Development Arunbrings to Sigma more than 10 years of rich work experience, which was spread across industry verticals such as Telecom, NBFC, and BPO s. The organizations that he was working with in the last decade were- Vodafone, G.E Money and GE Capital (GENPACT). He has spent his entire corporate career within these organizations, handling Operations and Business Development assignments at various levels. He then went on to do a PGDM from Birmingham College (UK) in 2009-10. His last assignment was with ‘Omega Business Solutions’ in Mumbai, looking after PAN India Operations, while working closely with the managing Director of the company. He is an expert in aligning the daily operations of the business with a growth strategy and has a strong focus on quality. We are doing good.

MANAGEMENT TEAM • HEMANT ARORA & Co. – Compliance Advisory Firm Mr.HemantArora runs a chartered accountant firm with more than twenty five years of professional experience in Taxation, Company Law, Audits & Management Consultancy. He has his own offices in Gurgaon, Uttranchal & U.P. Hemantis a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants [‘FCA’], a law graduate and also a qualified Information Systems Auditor. We are doing good.
