HRD vs MOFA Attestation: Key Differences for UAE Applicants UAE Attestation Process becomes a very essential requirement when one decides to move to the United Arab Emirates with the aim of employment, education, or residency. HRD attestation for UAE and MOFA Attestation UAE are two of the most significant steps in the attestation procedure of UAE. Although they both are verification procedures, they are performed by different authorities and have different intentions. The distinction between HRD attestation for UAE and MOFA attestation UAE is important in order to guide job hunters and holders who want to use their documents that are acceptable and valid in the Emirates. HRD attestation for UAE is the authentication process of the education documents by Human Resource Development (HRD) department of the state which issues the documents. This procedure can be applied to the degrees, diplomas, and certificates accredited by India universities and colleges. Purpose: It ensures that the educational certificates are validated and has been obtained through accredited institution. Authority Involved: The department of HRD of the relative Indian state where the certificate was received. Documents Attested: Academic qualifications such as degree, diploma, HSC, SSLC and so on. Application to the UAE: It becomes a primary step of document attestation in the education sector to the UAE applicants prior to embassy and MOFA stages of attestation.

Authority Involved: UAE Ministry of the Foreign Affairs has the responsibility of the final authentication of any foreign document.
