  1. How to take care of your oral health Brushing alone is not enough to have healthy and clean teeth. It goes beyond brushing every morning and evening. Having thorough oral care hygiene gives your teeth the attention it needs. You will need not only a toothbrush and toothpaste to have a healthy mouth but beyond them. Below are the right tools you need in your bathroom cupboard that can really take your oral health to another level and give you a good clean. But first, let us find out the protective layer of our teeth which is the enamel. What is enamel and why is it important? Introducing the enamel, the outer layer of each individual tooth, which protects it from decaying. It is the hardest and highly mineralized substance in your body. Your enamel is like the firewall on your computer. Every time you eat or drink, the enamel is exposed to acids and bacteria from your food. We eat a couple of different food every day, so that add up to an easy tooth decay if it weren't for the enamel in our teeth. It's the most visible part of the tooth which is the white cover of our teeth that you can see when you smile. The sad part is that the enamel cannot be replenished once it is already damaged. There are no second chances once your enamel is destroyed. Sensitivity is one of the problems that occur when your enamel is damaged. You will experience

Brush your teeth The most basic routine you can do is to brush your teeth. But do you know you shouldn't brush your teeth too hard? Yes, brushing hard can damage your enamel too so brush softly. It is recommended to brush before bedtime and another time during the day with a fluoride toothpaste. We recommend an electric toothbrush for you as it is constantly rotating and cleaning as you move over your teeth and they rotate at a far higher speed than you could achieve with your hand, providing a deeper clean.
