  4.          Punctuality Being late for gym training is a choice,  and  so  is  being  punctual.  Although  sometimes  life  circumstances  happen  to  divert  our  attention,  lateness  should  be  avoided  as  much  as  possible. Every time you are late in the  field is a one step behind throughout  the  session.  And  that  is  how  your  competitors  start  kicking  you.  If  you  are  a  true  athlete,  nothing  should  come  before  training.  If  you  are  punctual,  you  find  that  you  remain  engaged  to  the  couch  and  every  movement you perform.
