Nobodyknowseverythingandthereisalwaysroomtolearnfrom othersinindustry. • Ourteamhasdrivenourgrowthfromdayone,andIworkhard everydaytokeepmyteammotivatedandengagedwithourvision andourjourney.Asaleader,itisvitalthatIamalways challenging,supporting,andinspiringthem.Wesetmonthlyand annualtargetstohitforourteamacrossanumberofareas,from salestosocialmediaengagement.Butwealsosupporteachother, understandingthatgrowthisn’talwayslinear,andwesometimes learnmorefromfailurethanfromsuccess. 
