  1. Qatar 2030.. What will it be like?!! Human Development

  2. Vision to Development & Change • Qatar’s vision for 2030, was structured down in a plan before they have started working on 2022 file. This plan would affect our surrounding and country and take it to the next step in 4 areas:- • - Human Development. • - Social Development. • - Economic Development. • - Environmental Development. Qatar’s National Vision defines the salient features of Qatari Society for the foreseeable future. It sets out the main economic, social, human and environmental goals that will help Qatar in choosing a development path that’s constant with the aspirations of the country’s leadership, and of its people.

  3. “Human DevelopmentPillar is development of all its people to enable them to sustain a prosperous society. “ (Qatar National Plan 2030 p.#6) It is about creating an environment in which people can develop their full potential and lead productive, creative lives in accord with their needs and interests. That is a really important factor that leads to development, which cannot be easily achieved in a context. where these are multiple pressures to meet society’s current needs, especially increases in the production of non-renewable resources so as to increase financial revenues.

  4. What developments / changes will have been in your opinion by 2022 in your chosen section? I think that there will be some changes in the human development by 2022.Human conditions would get better through local and global football-based on self-motivation. The local programs could include the development of football facilities and most importantly opportunities for women, people with special needs and expatriates as well as a health campaign to raise awareness of nutrition and the adverse effects of a sedentary lifestyle. The global programs include the training of youth leaders and the improvement of sports

  5. To be able to establish all of the developments and bring these plans to action, Qatar will have got in relation to fulfilling their goals of 2030 in Human Development by putting 3 things into consideration :- • - An educated population. • A healthy Population: physically and mentally. • A capable and motivated work force.

  6. An educated population • To meet the needs of Qatar’s society a world class educational system would supply the citizens to meet their aspirations. Including:- -Educational curricula and training programs responding to the current and future needs of the labor market. -High quality educational and training opportunities that are appropriate to each individual's aspirations and abilities. -Accessible  educational programs for life-long learning

  7. A national network of formal and non-formal educational programs that equip Qatari children and youth with the skills and motivation to contribute to society, fostering: • A solid grounding in Qatari moral and ethical values, traditions and cultural heritage. • A strong sense of belonging and citizenship Innovation and creativity. • Participation in a wide variety of cultural and sports activities

  8. .

  9. Healthy population A skilled  national workforce should be capable of providing high quality healthcare system whose services are accessible to the whole population,. Including:- • Effective and affordable services in accordance with the principle of partnership in bearing the costs of health care. • Coverage of preventive and curative health care, both physical and mental, taking into account the differing needs of men, women and children. • High quality research directed at improving the effectiveness and quality of healthcare.

  10. Capable and Motivated work force Increased and diversified participation of Qataris in the workforce through: • Broad investments in certification and training programs by public and private institutions. • Incentives for Qataris to enter professional and management roles in business, health and educational sectors. • High quality training opportunities for all citizens, corresponding to their ambitions and abilities. • Increased opportunities and vocational support for Qatari women

  12. How do you think Qatar would have altered its Qatar 2030 plan to take into consideration the holding of the Worlds Cup in 2022? Qatar will not be recognized as it is now by 2022 due to the many changes that will happen because of:- The FIFA World cup that will be hosted here in Qatar. Qatar have set huge plans to qualify the country so we have something to present forthe committee of the FIFA in Zurich so we could have a chance to host the world cup here in Qatar in 2022. Because of that, Qatar had to rush everything up and start creating the plans that were set according to the visions of 2030. By starting to build Stadiums, Metro, highway roads and bridges that could transfer us from one place to another. And most importantly start the training programs that qualifies the the citizens and employees to increase the effective participation of Qatari’s labor force, health and educational systems.
