One of the best aspects of running is its simplicity—just lace up your shoes and head out the door!  With 5k distances being one of the most popular distances it is also our most registered and most diverse distances.  Whether you are tackling the distance for the first or 50th time, 5Ks will always give you the chance to test both your speed and endurance.

  3. KIDS SUPERHERO CHALLENGE RACE The Kids Superhero Virtual 5K & 1 Mile Challenge is for kids and adults of all ages and fitness levels. Walk or run at your own pace anywhere you like. The park, track, or the treadmill! Where you run isn’t as important as why you run. Child Obesity has continued to increase and The Virtual Run Challenge along with United Sports Clinic and Panther Playground are passionate about children’s health and fitness.

HOME OF THE BRAVE VIRTUAL 5K RUN WALK Everyday men and women choose to dedicate their lives to help protect our freedom in the United States.  The Home of the Brave Virtual 5k Run Walk was organized to bring awareness and to help pay tribute to those individuals and their contribution to keeping our country save.   The highlighted charity for this event is Catch a Lift Foundation.  A Portion of your registration will be donated to this charity. Catch a Lift Foundation enables post 9/11 combat wounded veterans all over the U.S. to recover and rehabilitate both physically and mentally through physical fitness, motivation and support.

  6. Put on your best green attire and get ready to chase that wild leprechaun for his gold! Our St. Paddy’s Day “Run for My Gold” Virtual 5k Run/Walk event starts March 5th and ends on March 31.  Remember whether you Run, Walk indoors or out doors its all about completing the challenge.  As always The Virtual Run Challenge donates a portion of your registration to a designated charity.   The charity donation for this event will be given to the National MS Society.   7. 2018 YEAR OF THE DOG VIRTUAL 5K RUN WALK Start with year our right with our first virtual run of the year with The 2018 Year of the Dog Virtual 5k Run.  Run, Walk indoors or brave the chilly weather outside starting January 15th 2018.  As always The Virtual Run Challenge donates a portion of your registration to a designated charity.
