  3. Why You Should Care? Halloween is the busiest day of the year Being prepared early means getting off at a decent time Causes less stress amongst co-workers Less customer complaints = ALWAYS good!

  5. Pizzas That Should Be Pre-Topped Pepperoni Cheese Deep Dish Pepperoni Ultimate Supremes 3 Meat Treats Hula Hawaiians

  6. Additional Prep Work Wings Sauce Cups Sauce Toppings (especially sausage, pineapple, green peppers and onions) Butter and Parmesan Cheese Wing Sauces

  7. What Needs Stocked? Soda(2 Liters and 20 0z) Napkins Dippers Wing Bowls and Lids Liners Heat Sheets

  8. Layout in the Back Sheetouts- 2 people Make line- 3 to 4 people Deep Dish- 1 to 2 people

  9. Layout in the Front Crazy Bread Station- 1 person Register- 3 people Landing- 2 people (we will use the extra table for deep dish, ICB, etc) Expeditor/Phones- 1 to 2 people
