This study explores models designed to achieve cooperation among agents in complex systems, emphasizing the Team Replacement Problem. It examines how team performance is influenced by individual contributions, the role of leadership, and interaction patterns. Utilizing the NK model, the research identifies key factors such as a leader's skill and capabilities in fostering cooperation and optimizing team performance. Heuristic approaches for addressing the NP-hard aspects of decision-making in team dynamics are also discussed, providing insights into enhancing team efficiency.
