Ski and Yoga Retreat: Stretch, Ski, and Soothe Your Body with Pam Wiwchar

Join Pam Wiwchar for a rejuvenating Ski/Yoga session on Saturday, January 26, from 2-4 pm at Walden Cross-Country Ski Club. Experience the harmony of skiing and yoga as we explore tips for skiing, followed by a calming yoga session that focuses on stretching the hips, hip flexors, hamstrings, and quads.
