  12. What is an indirect object pronoun? (IOP) The indirect object pronoun always “matches” and often “accompanies” the noun it modifies noun -Ejemplo: Yo le doy mi boleto a la auxiliar de vuelo. ( I give my ticket to the flight attendant ) IOP Or the indirect object pronoun replaces the noun totally if people know about whom you’re speaking. -Ejemplo: Yo ledoy mi boleto. ( I give my ticket to her)

Placement of Indirect Object Pronouns When there is 1 verb, the pronoun goes in front of the verb. -Ej: Yo lesescribo una carta a mis abuelos. When there are 2 verbs,the pronoun can go in front of the first or be attached to the end of the infinitive. . . sound familiar? -Ej:Lesvoy a escribir una carta a mis abuelos. or -Ej: Yo voy a escribirles una carta a mis abuelos.
